The Federal Government is closed down for an unprecedented third day. And another day of shut down is expected.
Congress went into recess early and will not return until February 23rd.
If there is not another storm (and another is expected), Washington might get back to work by Tuesday.
Asia Policy Point will not publish a newsletter this week as every event and hearing listed has been canceled.
